4. Paid & Premium Features

Kids Story Fun may offer optional premium features that unlock additional content or remove ads. Payments and subscriptions are handled by the platform or payment provider you use and are subject to their terms.

5. Advertising

The app may display limited, family-friendly advertisements provided by third-party partners. Ads are configured to comply with child-safety and platform policies. We do not allow behaviorally targeted advertising for children.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including stories, illustrations, and interface elements, is owned by Kids Story Fun or licensed to us. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) in the past 12 months.
